Meet Five World Famous Caribbean Scientists

We have a lot of good people coming from the islands. Jamaica seems to have more than any other island.

Is it that they are Jamaican, or that their individual specialty were specific the UWI in Jamaica? That is two entirely different things.

We have UWI in Grenada, Trinidad has a big campus, but they don't all have the same specialties.

It is the fact they are West Indians and not Jamaicans. Did you know that Latin America has some very strong educational institutions?

No I didn't, and other than your intro to West Indians doing great things I didn't and don't really care. There are well respected Institutions all around the World.

You were the one that specified Jamaicans being in the majority in that selection... I merely questioned whether they were JA's representing Jamaica, or students from the region qualifying in JA. If you don;t have the answer..that's fine.
