Re: Extreme consequences

Crap happens, even to the best prepared, and most wouldn't take the challenge or see the need to embark on it in the first place.

However it is people like this that through history have dragged us kicking and screaming forward by taking the rest of us along with them while they took all the risks.

People pay the price, and nowadays often times for challenges that most wouldn't think worthwhile, but they are still people most of us would like to have the courage to be.

Re: Extreme consequences

The Franklin expedition in search of the North West Passage  in the mid 19th century, yes those were brave souls.
People who risk their lives in search of nothing is down right ridiculous.

Rebel without a cause...?

I am suggesting they are of similar make up, simply too late to be original. Personally I do not believe in a Nanny State, although I do not like it when some peoples fool hardiness brings others into harms way.
