NH, that link was worse for my brain than a Big Mac ever was for my body.  My IQ experienced a temporary drop of 50 points just skimming it.

Some of them a unwittingly, and b if you knew what they were might have avoided. Having read the link, I am even more disgusted that MD's would so cavalierly provide so much crap for human consumption. Even the beef has a pretty miserable time of it before they pass through the mincer.

Re: BLOOD PUDDING IN THE SPICE

I don't eat KFC because it is too greasy and the restaurants always seem filthy.  I probably have a McDonalds five or six times a year out of convenience.  There isn't a damned thing wrong with it.  It is just food.

Now I am trying to keep my weight down so I watch what I eat.  I seldom want to waste the few calories I allow myself on somthing like fast food.

The reality, however, is that in the US you can get 2,000 calories for $4.00 on the dollar menu.  In terms of the cost of eating as a ratio of a worker's pay, it is the cheapest most abundant, most nutritious food in human history.

Re: BLOOD PUDDING IN THE SPICE

"it is the cheapest most abundant, most nutritious food in human history."

So why is US diet and healthcare so crap? Americans eat TOO MUCH food in general. TOO MUCH red meat, TOO MUCH artificial crap, TOO MUCH sugar and sweet drinks, NOT ENOUGH fresh vegetables and fish. Fruits all look wonderful but have no taste. Half the ads on tv are for prescription drugs, it's just bizarre!
