Interesting, thank you. I eat as much raw as possible, and having chosen the path of the least harm possible, 100% vegetarian. Not vegan, though.

There is dance workout, based on African dance, for example: awesome.

I have taken the path of yoga and qigong, starting at a very early age. The combination of our presence, our consciously being there in a meditative state within our body while we are doing the exercises is something wonderful - it can be blissful. It brings together with it an awareness and caring at different levels of our personality, body included.

Dealing with our body in such ways is a wonderful opportunity to come closer to ourselves, and possibly find a fulfillment to a yearning we always had, without knowing from where it came.
