Every time you create a child it is a GMO, it is the bye product of mixing genes.

And sure, whether farmers knew the process was as involved as it seems to be, to them it was simply one strain bonded to another, or cross pollinated or what ever.

But this altogether different from injecting molecules from a cuttlefish into grain to make it more crispy.... I made that up, but they are doing far worse than that.

I ate broccoli today and it looked nothing like a cuttlefish.
The evolution of food has been going on for thousands of years.
We just need to understand the new food revolution a bit better.

After about 900 years the Canada Food Guide was recently revised.
I like the colourful plate of foods that nutritionist have been pushing for years. The cattle and dairy industries are non to happy about the lack of space on the plate.
I'm glad that the political influence wasn't a factor in this guide.
