I tried a little of that shuffle dancing today.   The doctor says I should be up and around in a couple weeks.

You had surgery or something?

No, it was a joke.  If I tried to dance like that I would be bedridden. I can't move like that anymore.  Probably never could.

Re: Shuffle Dancing to an Elvis Song

Never say never ... I am becoming more supple, even now thanks to some exercising for which this is not the main focus.

Yes age hits. Yes I admit I just cannot sit quiet and let it happen. I am grieving about whatever has gone. This said, I consider that presently there is a limit to what we can reach, and to what attention and effort we should be putting into our quest for youth.

It is thinkable to me though, that with the time, aging will delay, youth will be longer lasting, and life will become longer. By nature. Our only intervention being a healthy lifestyle. I do not believe that technology or chemistry could ever reach what Life and our own evolution can.

Beautiful bodies, nice moves - thank you for the inspiration smile

Re: Shuffle Dancing to an Elvis Song

I can hear country, I also heard strains of Bob Dylan in that last clip.
