Tea - Wine - Dark chocolate . ,,,,,,,, keeping it together.

Apparently a new research study has found that  Tea , wind and dark chocolate  and certain fruits and vegetables  can significantly lower the risk of having dementia  or even Alzheimer's later on in life.

This is all thanks to the 'flavonoids they contain . Flavonoids gives fruits and vegetables their vibrant color.
So , what do they do ?  You ask .

The make your  skin 'glow' protection. Blood pressure . Sugar regulation ,improve brain function , and have anti inflammatory + anti  oxidant properties.

………. motto :  look for bright fruit. lo.

It might be new to those researchers, but it has been "known" for a long time. Just that some University or other has done a recent project.

Many times I hear this physician or that has found if you do sos and so and take this healing is improved.

Welcome to the old medicine. Newbie.

The quacks thought they knew it all dolling out poisonous tablets when all along there were just bypassing the herbs, flowers and fruits that did most of what they were trying to do with no or very very few side effects.

Take warfarin, or...

Use Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper.

Take VitE via Almonds and Sunflower seeds,
Garlic, Cinnamon, Giinko Biloba from the health stores,
Grape seed extract, Ginseng, Fever few, And Bromelain which comes frm pineapple.

ALL those things help thin blood in a non toxic way. Just eat sensible food.

Warfarin was instrumental in my Mothers death, as it is in many peoples. If you check the labels the things it is supposed to help with is on the list of possible side effects.
