Who does not like to keep fit and feel fit ? This first all winter in a while , in the cold , is proving to be problematic .
The community gym near me closed because of Covid 19 . Walking outside is OK if the temperature is bearable, but I can't count on that . lol.
So a stationary bike and or 2 hand - 10lbs wts must do.
... But who can walk do this :
To stay well , walk . 30 to 45 minutes nearly every day.
Do it all at once or in chunks as short as 5 or 10 minutes . Aim for a brisk pace of 3 ,4 miles per hour.
But remember , you get plenty of benefits from strolling at a slower pace, as long as you stick to it often. KEEP FIT.
