SO RD AH KNOW YOU NOT AH TAX SPECIALIST, BUT AH HAVE AH QUESTION
Why would the IRS, send me something about my 2018 taxes, saying based on what you owe, the amount is so small, you doh owe us nothing and we doh owe you nothing. I tried calling them, but they say cant take calls now to busy. Me tax man gone on vacation. Did they make mistake on year? Ah mean three years later.

Beats the hell out of me. Maybe they did a paper audit and this was the outcome. If you don't owe them and they don't owe you, I don't think I would worry too much.
