Jann Arden

Not only does she have a beautiful voice but an incredible sense of humour as well.
I love the genuine beauty of the lady.

Re: Jann Arden

I am ah kinda baccahanalist person with my music choice.  Growing up it was Country, reggae and kaiso. Since that day, when ah was spinning records, in me tanty house, playing some Kaiso and reggae, and this Jamaican as soon as walked into the house bullied me and just remove the Mighty Sparrow from the turntable and put on reggae and played it all night. I do not listen to reggae no more.

Well occasionally ah might listen to Tosh and Marley.  I do not jazz and dem kinda music.  So once my circles was jazz and soul.  Needless to say ah din have ah good time.  Now I only listen to Soca and country.  The ole country. Jim Reeves, Charley Pride, Patsy Cline and folks like them.

Just yesterday ah was telling someone, Square one First CD, could be one of the best CDs coming from the Caribbean. I guess not many of allyu heard of Square one.  I know for sure Dancer have no idea, who is Square one.

Re: Jann Arden

Country music meets pop music
Mind you, I'd rather listen to Cash tunes than that worn out U2 music.

Re: Jann Arden

Forget the debate over the Beatles or Stones, this band had it all.
Zeppelin was rhythm, blues and rock all wrapped up in one. They could put on a stadium show like no other.

Re: Jann Arden

Plant and Krauss, I like it. The loudness of Zeppelin is missing but lets be thankful to still be able to hear after the 70's music died down.

Re: Jann Arden

T. Rex was a short lived band during the 70's. They had a following of fans who could really dance it up.
Check out the moves.

Now these folks know how to boogie down.
Must say, my dance moves are more like the former.

Re: Jann Arden

The fish dance always attracted lots of Bass, silly as it seems.
Just a few fun memories with the brother in law.
