I've been having discussion with a certified nutritionist.
We both agree that a Mediterranean type of diet and daily exercise are the best method of reducing cholesterol levels.
She tells me that my daily carb intake is not enough and that the brain requires carbs. I thought for several minutes before deciding she may be right.
Yesterdays menu of potatoes, potatoes and more potatoes just got topped up with pasta.
I'm thinking I should be extra smart by Monday. Or maybe not?

Life is to confusing most times. My bad cholesterol is ah bit high, but my good one is great. My previous doctors all of them say you good doh worry. Last week ah went to see my doc, a new one, now she doh like. I think it's best to just live your life, wha comes comes.
