CALLING a man ==== BALD ==== sexual harassment.
According to a UK Tribunal
After electrician Tony Finn was fired after 24 years at the same company . HE protested.
He said the factory supervisor Jamie King victimized him during an argument by calling him a ' Bald C--t '.
Tony also told the Tribunal that he was not concerned with the use of the expletive but took offence to the comment about his appearance.
