IT SEEMS THAT LLOYD NOEL IS DEAD
May he rest in Peace. Mr Noel was probably the most Dynamic speaker I have ever met, and also the personality to go along with it.
I met Mr. Noel very very early in the NJM. He is from Gouyave and knew my dad very well, and as a result he always showed some kinda interest in me.
