Well, the sound track was just a remaster with a different rhythm section.... harmless enough.
The dancing..... Well, first of all I wish I was brisk enough to be able to do it... and some of the participants....
It's a fad, it is a good idea to help them from not becoming lardy arses before they are 20. I wouldn't put myself out to find more of it. but good luck to em.

Oh, the dancing. Yes, a fun way to exercise if you have the skill to stay on feet and keep up with the beat.
Very much like the art of step dancing but with some funkier tunes and softer footwear.

So in talking to Expat, he always portrays himself as ole and fat. Once you meet him, you quickly realize, he is not what he portrays himself to be. The amount he HARD work he does in Greenz, I ent doing it if you kill me.
