I am not surprised that oil could be found in Guyana because of its South American location. But Dancer this means manipulation by big nations where the dark-skinned people will come up short if they do not use their heads.  We do not have the big technology to extract the oil  or the knowledge. So we have no power. If this happen to Grenada and Jamaica, we must use our heads. We do not want any more damned hotels. We want a younger educated generation to invest in. We need to find better solutions to take us from a developing status into one of better standing. We need to have the option to live in our country and be ourselves instead of running to live abroad.

I hope countries in CARICOM countries are  invited to invest some capital in this billion dollar  venture.

Newly discovered money is about power and race. Why didn't Guyana get a feedback on Africans like those who are successful at the same of oil and how to stay at the top when they make their deal with the devil?
