Something very different.

By chance I flipped onto a 2009 interview with Sydney Poitier. Fascinating stuff.

Here is a Bermudian who could bearly read, left school at 121/2, and is a dishwasher.

He goes to an acting school and auditions BADLY, the guy grabs him by his collar and pants throws him out, telling him not to waste peoples time, he cant read, he can't act, and he has no voice.

Unlike the punks that would probably blamed everybody else, and felt everyone owed them something, while offended, he realised the critique was 100% right.

So he went off and did something about it.

Well worth a slow listen.
