Why are they opening up
Many States are saying they are going to ease lockdowns
Even hard line States like Califoria.
They locked down when there were hardly any cases, they did all kinds of shit early on. Now with case hundreds of times worse than when they locked down, suddenly its OK to open up... Trump the old bastard said open up in March when cases were still low, but no one listened.
Could it be one thing that is causing the relaxing? Could it be..... BIDEN is now President.

Other than a mask requirement, Iowa has been pretty much fully open since spring.
