Dunno about now but Playboy used to be a great magazine. So-so soft porn pics, but really great interviews and articles. Then they started showing pubes and the intellectual part of the mag died!

When I was young, Playboy was nudity.  Hustler was pornography.  I don't know how to define the difference but I know it when I see it.

Absolutely, Playboy was tasteful nudity by good photographers, who emphasized the beauty of the subject while leaving enough to the reader's (fertile!) imagination. Including, long before the rest, black women with large afros and, other bits. I remember they had a fantastic in depth interview with Muhammad Ali. Hustler was just cheap porn, who the hell wants to see all the hairy details?

' Players'  mag , was the Black Playboy, launched in 1974 ( lo,same year as 'Hustler') and published by Holloway house Publishing in Los angles. Who were know for their 'Black' experience  book series by authors like  Iceberg Slim ...

' Players  was an American monthly soft-core  men's mag . It was often nicknamed  " The Black Playboy " for its attempt at providing the African-American public with a racy , yet elegant reading choice. .

Lo.
Had some good stories.  right ! good reading material.

There is a place in the world for admiring female beauty clothed and unclothed.   Porn has nothing to do with that.  It is just masterbatory material and nothing else.
