Last November the seven day average for Covid cases in my state was 4,711 per day. The seven day average for my state today is 73 per day and falling.
I went to the World Pork Expo last week. There were about 3,000 people there. I saw maybe a dozen masks. It was wonderful.
Thank goodness for the vaccine!

I think my state is doing better than yours. Lets hope it is the end. Thank God for the vaccine.

Maryland and Iowa are about the same: 2 per 100,000.
Iowa is at 73 per day and Maryland is at 99 per day but Maryland has a larger population so it works out to be about the same per capita.

Great news to see the numbers down but we need to remain cautious after 16 months of opening and closing again. This Delta variant is still a concern. The last thing we need is another wave and another shutdown due to people prematurely thinking this thing is done with.
