COVID 19 and Mental Health

Its  a   long   Covid  trek , but  people  can handle it  .   

'  Can  do  things. '    ....   " no long talk "

So , here we go ...

*  -Be kind to your mind  *

Pause , breath , Reflex.
Connect with others
Keep a healthy routine
Be kind to YOURSELF and others   =  chill out...lo.
reach out for help if you need it .  =  put pride on the back burner.
