Hahaha! There's dozens of these 'mansions' up in Levera, all of them empty and windswept lol! Built by cash-rich and common sense poor JCBs, with their impractical dreams of 'retiring in paradise'. Two hours from the nearest decent supermarket or restaurant, salt-sea blast rusting cars and appliances to shit within 2 years, their owners soon abandon them with exorbitant price tags! Offer half, then half again.

It wasn't lost on me that it it was two hours from anywhere and rural as all hell.  I doubt there is anywhere in the whole state of Iowa that is more than half an hour from a good supermarket or, maybe, an hour and a half from an airport.  Might as well be on Carricou.
