How do you explain this? You see, RD is intelligent enough to understand things from my perspective even though he does not agree.  Understanding someone's words does not mean that you do agree. White men and black women do have an acrimonious past that has remained sour for generations. He understands that. I am not a "low life" or" pathetic" as you mentioned but truth is offensive when it is to the point-- and is not a compliment.
