Dame, cool down a bit.
A number of factors are considered here including the fact that there has been talk about a number of people including the PM of that country are on a hit list. A killing of that nature will obviously raised a red flag that there is a problem. This is separate from a country like Grenda for example, where most of the killings have been either gang-related or domestic disputes and this is common in countries, in varying degrees. However, the incidents in St Vincent will take on added significance in the circumstances of the lawyer being shot and killed in his office, near to a Court House, near to a Prison, near to what should be a security zone.
