Reading the letter sent to investors...one question is uppermost in my mind. I have to wonder if as is claimed the reason investors are not receiving their monies is a result of SGL's trader in T&C or Jca having their assets frozen, why should that affect SGL's ability to repay monies.
The trader is reponsible for the most for making trades...placing trades which would not necessarily entail SGL tranferring funds to him or even puttin him in charge or control of the monies...
In other words...above the board dealings with a forex trader as a trader and nothing more, should not expose an investor to having their funds frozen if the trader himself has his assets etc. frozen.
