You wanna the truth, I included this as part of the constitutional amendment procedure to bring about a debate as to whether we should include Carriacou and Petit Martinique into the state of Grenada because of the movement by some, at the time, to secede and separate these Isles from Grenada.
My personal opinion I will hold for now 'cause part of this whole debate have a jurisprudential and constitutional argument to it, which I intend to fully play a part. :-)
