Snow, the Canadian stats on that issue is very bad.
Caribbean immigrants are targeted most of the time. If the cops suspect an individual is a immigrant, sometimes they stop them and ask for ID.
Freedom of assemble can be interupted at anytime, once it is a Caribbean gathering. I have seen it happened many times. The cops will come and say somebody phone tham and say there is too much noice in the neighbourhood, just to break up the gathering. It a real long story to tell you the truth.
