Too bad Nigel did not STOP and THINK about the consequences before he PROCEEDED to take the life of his wife.
You know, I remember listening to a presentation from a man called Neals Chitan from Canada who did a powerful presentation of impulse and confrontational control. This man came to speak to us here in Darbeau to help us deal with the situation we were going through after the Little Nicky situation. This man know what he is saying. He has real techniques to help people control their anger and impulse. He left a book, a manual and a poster which are all designed to take you through the mechanics of STOPPING and THINKING when the situation get hot and tempers are hot.
Boy this man has helped me personally. I too had a history of high temper but his book RESPECT DUE, the key to solving crime and violence has changed me. I wish Nigel had read this book it could have saved his wife and his life in jail.
