Lawyer gyul, you sound like you fresh outta law school and eager to show what you learn in school eh. Chill! This ain't no LSAT exam or Bar exam theoretical BS. LOL
The insanity defense/mental illness you talking about is also getting to be an old trick and is being scrutinized and frowned upon in court. It is abolished in many states and cannot be used. And when/if it is used successfully one must be committed and treated for mental disease. So the issue remains the same, why tolerate people doing crimes only to excuse them because they cannot control emotions and deal with stress, and allow them to fake some mental illness! NO!
Come back when you get some more experience and you could change your name to "lawyer oouman" eh! LOL
