That is obvious!! Listen get familiar with USA law; NOT New York City Law-- that is the one state with all the exceptions! And start practicing law, because it seems like you are still practising it. LOL.
The way you came on here boasting about being " an attorney practising law in North America" I say you are are a seasoned attorney only to know you have been doing it 2 years! LOL You are no better than a law student fresh out of law school--and that is obvious from your analysis. I doubt you even passed the NYC Bar exam!
