Thanks TFM, I wish I could have heard Rashid - and I still want to about my question - before I posted anything.

We are on a discussion of the universality of our Selves, who animate us in our body.

I'm going to dare to add that: in my understanding of life - based on some experience and some faint memories - we are not being born just once.

With the space I'm leaving for the truth to be possibly diverging to various extents from what I'm saying here - and which puts me in a state of vulnerability toward those who read me - let me say this: in previous times, any of us has very likely passed through many different races and cultures, including the African. And including those who are African today have very likely been among other races, also white in other times. It's getting that challenging, that some of the present descendents of the African victims of the white people were their own hated torturers in a previous time. And some of today's white people were, as my memory has given me some faint signs about myself - an African slave in a previous time - and if my memory is not just imagination, did I pay it expensively, to have dared to take what I considered to be my birthright for freedom and run away!

And if we think about it, it gives us a clue about how much we have a conscience and want to come back to understand and care for the other side and make good again whatever is needed. It's comforting.

So to me, besides my admiration and respect for each race and culture as the Creator's Creation of Love combined with the people's own best attempt of expression of themselves - in this sense we are really all equal, and may one race have preceded another - and science had at some point suspected the Asian race to be even earlier than the African one (so imagine the possible fights about that?) - while I am also taking care of the passing human in each of us as long as it exists and deserves this care, but which we lose at our death, I am motivated to put more and more as my priority the eternal, almighty, permanent, originally perfect One animating our bodies. This One is not our person, not our soul. It is our own Self, which is of the Creator, with is of divine love.
