If this is the guy I think it is, he has been constantly harrassing people from the carenage to upper Lucas St for years. He has several court cases pending for assault and threats of death. He is a known rapist, yet somehow the cases never end with him going to prison.This petit thug gets his way through intimidation and terrorizing people. Unfortuneately Peter David does know of his activity, and has not taken a stand. Regardless of which party he supports, he is a criminal and should be dealt with. Sorry you had to meet him too, and you are right that your actions most likely caused violence to be avoided. Hope the operators of Karma will read your post and have some discretion as to who they allow to run the place.
