Of course Marshall Montano is a very good soca artiste. He is a top Caribbean soca artiste. But do you really believe he is that exceptionally great, or his country and people know the importance of soca/calypso music towards nation building in terms of having a musical ambassador to represent trinbago as country globally?

Marshall is a very intelligent young man with some talent, but he is not all that outstanding than other Caribbean artistes who are doing the same genres of music. Trinbagoians know the importance of having a young musical ambassador to represent T&T globally.

Some years ago it was David Rudder, now he is matured and can survive on his own, so the man on the scene now is Marshall. He is the manpromoting soca music internationally? T&T entertainment ambasador is Marsahall Montano. He is a regular face on BET. Nobody stoping Grenada from doing something for Tallpree.

Then again, popularity with music goes with a younger generation. Luni Sparks & Electicfy are the two young kids on the block. Tallpree has matured now. He will always survive in the music business, just as Ajamu and Inspector.
