You are not entirely correct. A few sunday,s ago, I drove from Westerhall to St. George's.I met no more two or three cars on the road. A friend told me he was taking someone to the airport for the early morning flight about 0530. His vehicle broke down and he was hoping for someone to come along to help him out. No one came for more than half hour. If I left home for work at 7.00 am I can travel unimpeded all the way into St.George's and get a park anywhere.
The problem is not the amount of cars, but it is congestion at particular times.
