Wee!
It is very disheartening to read, especially in this day and age, that the mentally ill is still being shot and killed by police in Grenada.
Policing in the Spice definitely need to get with the times particularly in the areas of policing the mentally ill. There are definitely other methods that can be used to control and subdue a mentally ill person who is acting in a "very disruptive ... and threatening" manner.
The police statement is also very discombobulating.
