These meetings are a total waste because the treaty will become effective as of June. When the education campaign was launch last year - the intention was for the people of the OECS to read and make contribution before a final document was signed. They signed the document in December then coming to the people! Just think about it, what the people say now will not really matter because the OECS secretariat is preparing to adopt to its new format in June. Please the treaty properly and you will see the great number of political changes that will occur when this treaty become effective. For one the Heads of Government will have legislative power and there will be a regional parliament comprising both government and opposition. And by the way do you know the OECS Anthem? you will also have to sing it and functions.
Government lapse in the education process and its OECS Ambassador Wayne Sandiford just dont care
