There is so much wrong with that statement I don't know where to start !!!
Muhammad's first convert was Khadijah (his first wife of 25 years).. She was the First Muslim - Not Abu Bakr. Aisha was the third wife (3), and she is the most Prominent female Islamic scholar, and probably the most knowledgeable narrator of Hadith period !! She did not die at the age of 18 as you claim... She died at the age of 65 years in the year 678 AD in the month of Ramadan. Muhammad [pbuh] died in 632 AD...
