>>>The police statement is also very discombobulating.<<<

CN:

Disco what! Lol…

I thought the same thing. The police talking bobol. It was DON and Blacksun who led me on the trail, referring to reports that Mendes ran into a building and being able to capture the attention and maintain a normal conversation with an individual “yelling and screaming at the top of his voice,” respectively.
The following now is the Police disco bubol:

---shot by members of the Royal Grenada Police Force…a single gun shot to the chest.----

So it was a firing squad if he was shot by members with a single wound to the chest. Or all the menbers of the RGPF were holding on to the same gun and firing one shot from one gun!

---“12.30 pm “

All of this in broad day light.

--in a building located in the Gun Battle area of Gouyave St. John.---

The moment Mendes ran into the building it indicates that his intention was to seek asylum!

-----acting in a very disruptive matter and threatening other residents with a cutlass and fish gun.---

By the time than Mendes sought refuge in the building, it meant that he was no longer a threat to public safety. This retreat represents the action of a very, very reasonable person who meant the community no harm. He, Mendes was able to provide a secure environment and this should have been acknowledged by the officers.

----It says despite the efforts of the responding Officers to subdue and detain the individual---

Don’t understand what is this “subdue.” It could only mean the use of brute force, to over-power, suppress, coerce, compel and subjugate by violence. Must be, because the Police refers to itself as a Force. Not Royal Grenada Police Service. So they are going to force a “madman” to surrender. The Royal Grenada Police Force is a dangerous element in Grenada society in various circumstances. If Blacksun could make this guy submit and become normal publicly (assuming its him), then how come a Police Force cannot subdue him privately! Then there is something Blacksun knows that the Police dosent in dealing with humans.

---he continued to act in a very hostile manner, not surrendering the fish gun and/or cutlass in his possession and threatening the lives of the Officers.--

Inside the Assylum there is no witness except the members of the Force. And as Peter Tosh would say, How could one man gang Jah. A man goes into a Gun Battle area with a Cutlass and a Fishgun! One in the left hand, one in the right. How is he going to manoeuvre? That must be an ape from the Zoo. That is why nobody ent get chop up and no fish ent got shot.
How wuld that senario look like with a man holding a fishgun in one hand and a cutlass in another, and several police officers holding on to one gun at the same time? This is real papyshow.
What did you say CN; discombobulating...Is that another word for subdue? As see Perchief saying even a martial arts expert cannot disarman a man with a cutlass in his hand. In this discombobulating situation Perchief coudda disarmed Mendes with a plate a food. Look how Blacksun disarmed the man with some refreshments. Stupid talk about Martial arts!

---- Mendes was then rushed to the General Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.---

He should have been there from the beginning. Mental Hospital, officially. But sometimes when you want to kill a man you send him to the General Hospital. And if he is rushed there it means you want to kill him quick. You want him dead there.

----Officer of the Western Division have been ordered by Commissioner James Clarkson to conduct an immediate investigation into the circumstances that led to the shooting….

So then all who say he lived by the gun and died by the gun don’t know which part of the Bible they quoting.

---Meanwhile senior officers of the Gouyave Police Station visited the mother and family of the deceased to inform of the unfortunate incident, and extend deepest condolences on behalf of the Divisional Commander and the Commissioner of Police.---

Heard the family say on the News that they never heard of such a thing. And if the High Command of the Police is offering “deepest condolences” then Historian must belong to the Low Command.

And this is the statement that is most “very discombobulating” lol. If an armed and dangerous madman is behaving hostile and disruptive and threatening the lives of members of the public and the lives of police, why would the High Command of the Police offer their “deepest condolences.” Such deep sympathy is reserved for victims or loved ones who passed away.

Men like Perchief is the first to act like a Police Chief, always on the frontline to uphold and defend the murder of Black people. He belongs to a UN squad that has been harassing, raping, subduing and murdering Black people in Haiti for many years. So his instincts is to jump up and explain and justify the procedure. All those who here defend murder must be out of their conscience when the Police is offering their deepest condolences. His pics of Grenada are an anti-black presence series, and his postings of pots and pans were pre ads for his early morning breakfast., The pots and pans were works of the egotist, that of the local patriot, and not some kind or nostalgia or the philanthropy of sharing. Otherwise he would not sit and eat all for himself and everybody mouth watering. These kind of men are trained on instincts and self preservation which always comes to the colour surface when a blackman is dead due to brute force. Historian is of the same hue. Because if Police Chief Perchief was a man of humanitarian traits he would have been the first to volunteer a plate ah food instead of "bobulating" about the use of deadly force and martial arts.
