>>and I buy foods from the farmers market. That is..foods coming directly from small farmers and NOT from those GIANT AGRI BUSINESS as Archer midland and dem big corporations..<<.

I suppose you buy you electricity, computer, gas, and cloths from the local farmer too, right? I suppose if you sick you would go to the witch doctor because you don’t want any doctor using equipment made by multinationals on you. Why stop there, the filter you are using to filter you water (the water that multinationals help bring to your house) was made from dashine leaf that came straight from Grenada, right?

Why are you so clueless?

Local farmers do the same thing that big farms do, but only on a smaller scale. Moreover, you pay a premium for that food. Some of the foods sold in the frozen section of the supermarket have more nutrition that what you might by in the farmers market because to retain the nutrients some foods have to be frozen quick.

>>and I buy from the Korean stores that sells Caribbean foods...<<

What happen to organic? You are taking a pass on that one so that you can buy the cheap food in the Korean store.

Do you know where some of the foods you call Caribbean food come from? Some of them come from the same multinationals you think you running from. Who do you think grow the banana you buy in the Korean store? Most of those foods are grown here in the US, South America, and places like China - yes from China in dirty farms that have no government oversight. Just a small percentage of the foods stocked in the Korean market are produced in the Caribbean.

You are so clueless and confused even the Koreans are making as asss of you buy selling junk and telling you its organic Caribbean food.
