What's new? These are people that waste money on everything not related to education becasue the money is not theirs, and when things get bad they quick to fire the low wage employees. This is the nature of the public school and the power of the unions.....In NY city there are teachers that were guilty of misconduct collection salaries for years without doing a darn thing - that's why you fall in a pot hole - no money to patch them.
