How do you know that this is not already in the works??
?...sometimes ideas and project concepts are not made
public until certain details are ironed out and the
project can be delivered...the Government is not
necessarily the best actor to pull this off...they
would probably deliver some low scale half way
pedestrian make shift junker no one would be proud
of, especially African Americans. If you want something
to be spectacular and note worthy and capable of
attracting tourist, keep the government out. Have you
seen a single visionary in the government that have
demonstrated that he/she is capable of taking a simple
idea and making it great??? When you find one let me
know, I’m still looking!!!
