Muslim:
A man is allowed a maximum of 4 wives, however, the
Quran explicitly states that ONE is BEST !!! and If you
cannot deal with more than one justly, then you are not
allowed more than one. The purpose of this is to settle
the difference in ratio between man and woman.
So... back in the time of Mohammed, there were
four!!! times as many women as men, and this was
simply a way of redressing the balance? And even if one
was to suspend disbelief and accept this nugget of
wisdom, surely there is no justification for this being
applicable today, right?
I admire your attempts to correct sinister attempts to
discredit your religion; your unwavering defense of all
things Islam is to be applauded. However you do
discredit to your cause by these fantastic claims.
Presenting Mohammed as a women rights champion is as
silly as a US Vice president taking credit for
investing the internet
