The radio was blaring, "... the criminal dictator Eric Matthew Gairy has
been overthrown...".
You can just imagining my predicament -- having grown up in a
hostile political environment - - my mom, a staunch Gairyite -- my
dad, a diehard GNP who bought every issue of the underground NJM
paper but would throw a fit at the mention of the name Fidel...
