Two things:
1) I wasn't proposing jet aircrafts, but since Hist raised the issue I decided to take him on. The proposal didn't even say how long the runway will be, so Hist is banging up on an issue that might be a non issue. Trust me on this, I understand airport specs and aircraft requirements, but I see right through Hist arguments..
2) Look at the direction on runway 27. It doesn't point to Fort Hill. It points at the valley between Fort Hill & Prospect Hall. I'm NOT saying it's feasible to take off between the hill and turn over Hillsborough, but them again it might just be.
