Do we really believe sparrow wants a Knighthood from the British colonial masters?
It is not all Caribbean greats who are willing to bow in front the Queen. Let us wait and see if Sparrow will accept such a honour.
In addition, i head sparrow said in an interview that he lived in Grenada during his early teens, and that is when he learn to speak patois.
Sparrow said he and another sibling lived in Grenada for a few years in their early teens, becuase of some family matters. I remember him sayng that in an interview during the period of the Grenada Revolution, when he visited the Spice Isle.
