Actually I was referring to 1 Kayak in particular, the one who's post I was responding to lol.
You 100% right, an airport can work only if all the other pieces of the jigsaw are in place: the inherent demand from the aviation sector; industrial infrastructure; support industries; commercial viability etc. None of which is evident in this pipe dream!
