Vacations are hard work, you have to landscape the garden, decorate the house inside and out, go to as many theme parks as you can squeeze in, tough it out in Grenada for 3 weeks at a stretch, cos SWMBO aint goin for less coz it ain't worth it. Then there's all that Christmas cheer and then its time for holidays again. Lord it was tough in Blighty.
Thank goodness I now only have a routine of car washing, bike cleaning, tree felling. land clearing, house extending, painting and decorating, general gardening, fixing the many things that stop working due to corrosion or some other malady,and tending the poop happy chickens. All at 84 -89C . So much easier..... Phhaaaa ha ha.
If only I had my 5 weeks plus public holidays again.... :-)
I do know some people who have 10 weeks leave..... it must be hell.
